At Redmond Harvey, each piece is crafted to order in Scotland, reflecting our commitment to heritage, precision, and individuality.

Please allow 6–8 weeks for your garment to be created and delivered. This timeframe ensures the highest standard of craftsmanship, with each piece made specifically for you.

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully prepared and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details upon shipment.

We offer standard shipping on domestic orders. International delivery is available worldwide, with rates and delivery timelines calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Each order is packaged with care to preserve the integrity of the garment from atelier to arrival.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is paramount. If a garment does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please securely package the item and use the pre-paid return label included in your original shipment.
